When Prince William briefed his royal bride on walkabout etiquette, it's doubtful he would have included how to pull off the perfect pancake flip.

But that's exactly what Kate Middleton was faced with when the pair met well wishers during their surprise visit to Northern Ireland.

The brunette beauty didn't bat an eyelid, though, when she was asked to give it a go by children taking part in a charity Shrove Tuesday event to raise money for cancer sufferers.
